Relationship Manager - SPX Express

Job DescriptionBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective mannerAct as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordinationWork closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processesIdentify potential new markets and sellers to drive the growth of the logistics platformDevelop and execute strategies for acquiring new sellers, including outreach, pitching, and negotiationsOversee accounts assigned by sales leads, including driving sales, negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growthRequirementsA Bachelor’s degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experienceKnowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processesExperience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plusStrong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (Mandarin is a plus)Good sense of numbers and familiarity with Excel or Google SheetsWilling to travel to meet sellers
