We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:You’ve built a strong foundation in relationship management, business development, or member engagement—ideally working with unions or within the profit-for-member superannuation sector.You know how to build trust and influence, and you’ve got a proven track record of forming partnerships that deliver real value for everyone involved.You’re a confident communicator and presenter, able to connect with union leaders, internal teams, and stakeholders at every level.You’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive when working independently—you don’t wait for direction, you create momentum.You bring relevant qualifications in superannuation, commerce, finance, marketing, or industrial relations that support your strategic thinking.You understand the ins and outs of superannuation legislation and compliance, and you’re RG146 certified.You’re passionate about advocating for members’ best financial interests and collaborating with others to make it happen.You hold a current driver’s licence and you’re ready to travel when needed to build and maintain strong national relationships.About UsOur 2.4 million members trust us to take care of over $330 billion in retirement savings.
