A Top Registered Investment Advisor in the Seacoast Region of NH is hiring a Relationship Manager to help drives sales and current relationships. This role has a need for someone with 8+ years of experience, MUST be a Certified Financial Planner who can help the firm manage and sell to high net worth relationships, sales, trust, taxes and should have a strong business development background. This role is an onsite position and is highly seeking someone from the NH area. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.Responsibilities Serve as the primary financial planning advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Deliver comprehensive planning across estate, tax, retirement, education, insurance, and debt management. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless portfolio management and client service. Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance. Contribute to the firm’s growth by bringing an established client base and participating in business development. Support the firm’s long-term vision and culture of excellence and integrity.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; CFP® designation is mandatory. Minimum of 10 years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Proven ability to serve as the lead financial planner and trusted advisor. Demonstrated success managing at least $20 million in assets under management. Deep knowledge of estate, trust, tax, retirement, education, insurance, and debt planning. Familiarity with portfolio management, asset allocation strategies, and macroeconomic trends is a plus.Salary 175K-225K + Bonus830am-5pmKBW789*MONKBW*
