Job Purpose : To build, manage and maintain relationships with affluent banking customers, through selling and cross-selling products and services, as well as providing solutions based on client needs with the objective of achieving sales targets, while ensuring that credit quality is maintained. Areas Of Responsibility: Acquires new relationships in line with the Affluent Banking strategy as well as broaden existing relationships through achieving a greater share of the wallet and higher cross sell ratios.
Provides highest levels of customer service to new and existing Affluent Banking customers in the region and act as the “one-point of contact” to fulfil all needs of Affluent Banking. Conducts regular visits to Affluent Banking customers in line with Affluent Banking strategy and act as the main point of contact for servicing the customer, providing information, answering inquiries and resolving issues. Solicits client feedback on value proposition and for new product ideas and ensure communication of customer feedback to segment management team. Leverages insights and data on customer needs and behavior in order to build deep customer relationships.
Achieves sales and revenue targets for existing and new customers and also ensure customer profitability targets are met. Provides support to ensure that high credit quality is maintained at all times within the Affluent Banking credit portfolio. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting. Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience in the banking sector.
