Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for loans extended to medium- and large-sized enterprises and financial need planningIndependently develop new customers and establish long-term relationship networkPlan for credit strategies, risk management suggestions, and structure designLead in cross-departmental projects or product integration (e.g. supply chain finance, cash management)Assist in department strategic planning, coaching Junior RMsJob RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in corporate loans and corporate banking business or loans applicable to exception managementFamiliar with credit ratings, complicated loan structure, financial statement analysis, industry risk analysis and determinationExperience of independently developing customers and leading in large casesGood English in writing, speaking and listing and Mandarin is a plus Relevant training and short course would be advantages
