Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. Daily tasks include client engagement, managing cross-sell opportunities of banking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves frequent interaction with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
