This includes building and managing rapport with clients and their advisors to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation.ResponsibilitiesThe role requires expertise in relation to New Zealand’s current immigration policies and programs with a particular focus on the Active Investor Plus (AIP) programDeliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients.Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits (when needed).Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and escalate issues and requests when needed.Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews.Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation.Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the firm and its offerings with client needs.Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application process.QualificationsApplicants must hold a current licence to practice as a New Zealand Licenced Immigration Advisor (mandatory)+5 years’ experience in submitting visa applications to Immigration New Zealand, with a particular focus on the Active Investor Plus (AIP) programAccount management within investments, insurance, private bank or wealth management would be an advantageProven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.Superior written and verbal communication skills - full English business proficiency is required.Ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell H&P's services.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRMWhat we offer: Employer funded superannuationThe candidate will have access to H&P incentive/bonus program for RMsWe offer excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to grow within the company, take on new responsibilities, and advance your career in line with your performance and ambitionsJoin our team and be part of an organization that values innovation, fosters collaboration, and believes in the potential of its employees.
