Job Title: Relationship Manager – InvestmentLocation: Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (AP), GTB Enclave, DelhiEmployment Type: Full-time About the Role:We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to manage, acquire, and grow relationships with clients in the stock market investment and trading segment. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a passion for financial markets to deliver exceptional client service while expanding the firm’s client base. Key Responsibilities:Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients interested in trading and investments.Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.Assist clients with account opening, KYC, portfolio setup, and trade execution.Coordinate with the research/advisory team to share timely market insights and opportunities.Monitor client portfolios and suggest appropriate rebalancing or strategies.Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth.Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.Stay updated with market developments, products, and regulatory guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications:Graduate, preferred in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.Sound understanding of equity, mutual funds, and derivatives.Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.NISM certification (preferred or must be obtained within 6 months).What We Offer:Attractive incentives and performance-based rewards.Continuous training and career growth in capital markets.Exposure to diverse investment products and client portfolios.Supportive environment with access to market research and advisory tools. Please share your CV at aakasharora@aakashonfinance.com.
