Relationship ManagerLocation: Media City - DubaiOTE: 40,000+ AED per monthStatus: Full-time, office-basedRole applies to: my client and affiliated partner companiesAbout the ClientMy client operates a specialist sales, marketing, and adviser-acquisition platform working exclusively with a group of high-value financial and wealth-management firms.The platform supports partner companies servicing high-net-worth and mass-affluent clients, including investment, private banking, and wealth-management services.Key Features of the Platform:Exclusive High-Value Mandates: Secure and stable mandates with financial firms focused on high-net-worth and mass-affluent clients.Strategic Equity Holdings: Supports partners that acquire stakes in complementary sectors—legal firms, high-value client services, and asset-based businesses—to drive increased AUM.Adviser Recruitment & Client Acquisition: Functions as the primary marketing and sales engine for recruiting advisers and generating client acquisition for partner firms.Long-Term, Secure Relationships: Relationships with partner firms are positive, deeply integrated, and long-standing.Role OverviewThe Relationship Manager will manage adviser, intermediary, and partner relationships, introduce investment opportunities, and support client acquisition and growth initiatives.This role requires experience in real estate finance, commercial lending, structured products, alternative investments, or broader financial markets.It is suited to commercially minded, relationship-driven professionals familiar with complex investment instruments.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with IFAs, investment professionals, commercial lenders, and property financiers.Promote investment solutions, structured products, and the partner wealth-management proposition.Identify and convert opportunities across real estate finance, alternative investments, commercial lending, and structured instruments.Support adviser onboarding, KYC, compliance, and execution processes.Coordinate with partner firms to introduce multi-platform investment and finance solutions.Maintain reporting accuracy and compliance with regulatory frameworks.Present investment concepts clearly to advisers, intermediaries, and investors.Required Skills & ExperienceDegree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Real Estate Finance, or similar.Preferred qualifications: CFA, CAIA, CISI Level 3+, IMC, CeMAP, or equivalent.Experience in at least one of: alternative investments, real estate finance, commercial lending, structured products, private banking.Proven B2B relationship-management background in financial services.Strong presentation and communication skills with commercial acumen.Tenacious, resilient, and relationship-focused.What’s on Offer20,000–25,000 AED monthly basic salary40,000–45,000+ AED monthly OTE, uncappedRole supporting a secure and high-value adviser and investment ecosystem.Exposure to structured products, alternative investments, and private-client services.Strong career progression within a rapidly growing Dubai operation.
