This position will own the end-to-end relationship with Netbank’s lending partners—primarily fintechs, MFIs, and digital lenders—under loan channeling or FLDG-based structures. The role bridges commercial negotiations, risk alignment, and operational execution, ensuring that each partner’s lending business is efficiently financed and well-controlled under Netbank’s framework.Overall: The Relationship Manager - Cash Lenders will be responsible for product and business development for loans offered via Lenders and other Loan Partner. This will include: AkulakuPondo PinoyAgronomika FinanceMali LendingJunahandFirst CircleJia, etc.Netbank typically only accepts these loans through a First Loss Default Agreement - so most of these clients will be under this type of relationship. The position holder will also be a relationship expert for FLDG arrangements, so support other teams with the implementation of this approach.Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for partner accounts, from commercial proposal to live operations.Lead both internal and external negotiations covering pricing, FLDG ratios, risk participation, and operational frameworks.Build strategic, trust-based relationships with C-level and operational leads within partner organizations.Provide ongoing risk reviews, performance feedback, and scale-up recommendations.Commercial & Product StructuringDesign and propose commercial models that balance partner needs and Netbank’s profitability.Work with the Risk and Credit teams to define exposure limits, performance triggers, and FLDG mechanisms.Review legal agreements (Loan Channeling, FLDG, DSA, Addenda) and coordinate approvals through CreCom and Commercial Com.Support the development of new lending products and embedded finance structures for emerging segments (BNPL, salary loans, SME financing, etc).Commercial & Product StructuringOversee disbursement, collection, and reconciliation flows with the Operations and IT teams.Track SLAs and ensure partner adherence to Netbank’s Loan Operations Manual.Identify and escalate operational gaps or risk exposures for timely resolution.Scale-Up ManagementLead the transition from pilot to scale, ensuring readiness of both partner and internal teams.Prepare performance reviews, exposure utilization reports, and risk assessments to support scale-up approval.Coordinate with Product, Risk, and Operations to align on expanded loan limits, pricing, and support requirements by updating the Loan Acceptance Criteria.Monitor performance post-scale-up and implement continuous improvement plans to sustain growth and compliance.OffboardingManage the offboarding process for partners undergoing contract termination, portfolio migration, or transition.Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Finance to ensure proper settlement of exposures and FLDG-related accounts.Ensure data integrity, client transition compliance, and proper closure documentation.Conduct post-offboarding reviews to identify lessons learned and process enhancements.
