Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Relationship Manager (RM) & Customer Service Officer (CSO) at MCB Bank Limited. The role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and promoting the bank’s products and services. The RM & CSO will be expected to maintain customer satisfaction, handle account management tasks, and actively engage in cross-selling opportunities.
