Job Description

IKH is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.We are now looking for a Release Manager to work in new challenging outsourced projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage release schedulesTrack and manage all release-related tickets and change recordsFacilitate release readiness reviews and go/no-go decisionsEnsure proper documentation and approvals are in place prior to production deploymentCommunicate release status, risks, and timelines to stakeholdersConduct post-release reviews and capture lessons learnedMaintain release calendars and ensure alignment across multiple teamsSoft SkillsHighly organized with strong coordination and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and process complianceAccountable and takes full ownership of release outcomesConsistent, reliable, and deadline-drivenStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure during critical release windowsRequirementsRelease Tracking & CoordinationStrong experience tracking and managing release tickets from initiation through production deploymentAbility to monitor release progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers proactivelyEnsure all release activities follow defined governance and approval processesJira ManagementHands-on experience using Jira to track release tickets, user stories, defects, and change requestsAbility to create dashboards, filters, and reports for release visibilityMaintain accurate status updates and ensure traceability across environmentsUCD (IBM UrbanCode Deploy)managing deployments using UCDCoordinate deployment pipelines and validate successful releases across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environmentsTroubleshoot deployment failures and work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teamsSoftware Development (Asset)Knowledge of software development concepts and lifecycleExperience with JavaScript is considered an assetAbility to understand application architecture and support troubleshooting during releasesBenefitsAn attractive salary packageCareer development and growth opportunitiesStable and enjoyable working environmentPrivate Insurance
