You will manage release-related risks and collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure quality, compliance, and regulatory standards are met for all production deployments.About the Team:You will be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team at LastPass that plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and security of our product releases. The Release Management team works closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline delivery processes, uphold compliance standards, and continuously improve release workflows. We value open communication, shared ownership, and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges at scale.If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!Who will you work with?You will work with other release managers and with people across the engineering organization to make sure releases are timely and successful.
