We are seeking a responsible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a pragmatic approach to join our busy Release of Information team.The role involves managing a variety of information requests, where effective communication is essential to ensure the confidentiality and protection of patients’ personal data. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality administrative service, ensuring a positive patient experience and providing excellent customer service.We Are Looking For a Professional Who Is An excellent communicator A collaborative team player Skilled in multitasking and able to work on their own initiative Focused on delivering the best solutions to queriesThe ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with a comprehensive understanding of the Trust’s electronic systems and the knowledge of GDPR the Data Protection Act 1998 the Access to Health Records Act 1990 The primary responsibilities include processing Subject Access Requests (SARs) from patients and third parties, such as solicitors, while ensuring patient confidentiality is always upheld. This must be carried out in strict adherence to the Trust’s Information Governance policy and the Data Protection Act, ensuring compliance with legal timeframes.Applicants should demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team to support service delivery.
