As an Office Manager you will: Oversee the daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issuesWelcome visitors and guide appropriatelyAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or take accurate messagesSchedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Maintain office databases Prepare and send outgoing mail items (envelopes, packages, etc.

) Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment as neededManage price negotiations with office vendors and service providers in cooperation with the Finance Team Coordinate with the IT Team for onboarding and offboarding proceduresHandle petty cash and maintain records of office-related expendituresCoordinate and supervise the work of internal colleagues and external vendors for cleaning services Liaise with external service provider for maintenance of the air conditioning systemPartner with the HR Team to assist in the onboarding new hires Assist with the coordination of in-house or off-site activities (e. g. , company events)What you will bring:
