The positionWould you like to help make products and processes more reliable and durable? We are currently looking for an Reliability Application Engineer for our European team located in Warsaw. You will be responsible for helping customers with all aspects of reliability engineering and the use of ReliaSoft software. This includes providing engineering technical support during the pre- and post-sales process, presenting formal training courses on reliability, and providing engineering consulting services. This extends to the application of Design for Reliability (DfR), Life Data Analysis (Weibull), Accelerated Life Testing (ALT), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) analysis. You can choose to either work on site in our Warsaw office or work from anywhere in Poland with regular travel to our sites and customer sites. Primary responsibilitiesYou will help customers with all aspects of reliability engineering and the use of ReliaSoft software. Your daily work includes: Customer-oriented activities:Investigate and understand customers’ reliability analysis requirements.Demonstrate ReliaSoft reliability engineering software to customers in pre-sales scenarios, highlighting solutions and benefits.Answer technical questions that customers have about reliability and durability.Provide technical responses to RFPs from existing and potential customers. Support and service-oriented activities:Conduct training courses on reliability engineering concepts and software.Provide consulting services for reliability analyses and predictions using reliability engineering concepts such as life data analysis, RAMS analysis, and repairable system analysis, .Provide post-sales technical support for ReliaSoft users via phone, email and support portal. General assistance activities:Provide feedback to product management on future software functionality. These responsibilities will initially focus on ReliaSoft reliability analysis software products and will later expand into nCode durability analysis products and related concepts. Professional qualificationsYou must hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (preferably reliability, mechanical, aerospace, or industrial), applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).Further, you must have 5 years engineering experience related reliability experience.Experience with ReliaSoft (Weibull++, ALTA Pro, BlockSim, xFMEA, RCM++, Lambda Predict) or an nCode (DesignLife, GlyphWorks, VibeSys) software is beneficial but not required.You can work from home, but expect to travel to our offices or customer sites about 1/4 of the time. You must be able to travel freely within Europe to support the team and our customers.Given our international field of work, you have good oral and written proficiency in Polish and English. Personal skillsWhat we’d like to see in you:A passion for finding and promoting solutions to customers’ challenges.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.Interest in working in a commercial environment with ability to travel a substantial portion of the time as dictated by business needs.Self-motivated, self-directed, and possess strong organizational skills
