The role safeguards the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the fleet while supporting continuous airworthiness improvements.Who Are We Looking For?Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering.3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the airline or aviation industryProficient in Power BI, with the ability to leverage data visualization for performance analysis and reportingExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsStrong analytical thinking with proven problem-solving and sound decision-making abilitiesDemonstrated ability to stay updated with industry trends and innovations to effectively fulfill assigned duties and responsibilitiesMajor Responsibility AreasProcess reliability program requirements, including delay/cancellation reporting, unscheduled removals, and repetitive defect trackingGenerate preliminary reliability statistics and assist in preparing reportsConduct analysis of reliability data for fleet, systems, and componentsReview and document provisions for accomplished reliability reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness in databases and recordsProvide technical input for Reliability Review Board (RRB) meetings and propose corrective actions for recurring issues
