The ideal candidate will be responsible for recreating, correcting, and adjusting artwork files to ensure they meet all technical printing requirements before final approval and production.This role is essential in maintaining production accuracy and preventing costly errors. The Remaker acts as a critical link between the design, sales, and production teams, ensuring every file is production-ready, technically compliant, and visually consistent with the client’s brand.Key ResponsibilitiesRecreate and modify artwork files according to client requests and internal specificationsCorrect artwork errors related to layout, alignment, scale, color mode, bleed, and resolutionEnsure all files meet strict printing and production standards before finalizationWork extensively with product templates across various customizable merchandiseMaintain brand consistency and visual accuracy in all remade filesReview and verify technical specifications to prevent production delays or reprintsManage multiple remake requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesCollaborate closely with proofing, design, sales, and production teams to streamline workflowWork Schedule6 working days per week1 rest day (Saturday or Sunday CDT)24/7 operationFixed 8-hour shiftsSchedule may vary based on operational needsRequirementsStrong knowledge of graphic design principles and print production workflowsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe PhotoshopProven experience working with product templates and detailed technical specificationsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong time management skills and ability to meet demanding deadlinesClear and professional communication skillsNice to Have (Optional)Familiarity with specific printing processes (e.g., screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, heat transfer)Experience in promotional products or customizable merchandise industry
