To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Business Operations Manager to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services. As a Business Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our local EORs in the EMEA region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and therefore maximizing value for our clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams at RemoFirst, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment between local partner strategies, and RemoFirst internal initiatives to drive overall business growth. What you'll be doing:
Create & optimize the processes within the Operations DepartmentCreate & monitor performance metrics Improve the onboarding of the stakeholders to the platformEnsure that all of the stakeholders use the platform efficientlyConstantly monitor efficiency within the department and develop ways to make them more effectiveClose cooperation with the CS department on the day-to-day escalationsOversee planning, operational systems and controls, and the organization of fiscal documentationEscalate client concerns to the stakeholders and design solutions to resolve complaints and maximize customer satisfactionWork with tax calculators, country guides, and country complianceOffer operational data and insights for establishing and evaluating improvement strategies and tacticsEnsure smooth workflows within each department and establish easy and lucid communication channels between other departments and operationsTrack day-to-day escalations that arise in the operations departmentEstablish a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environmentThe principal point of contact for external stakeholdersHelp with employee appraisals by communicating job expectations and monitoring and reviewing job contributionsAnalyze data and assist in predicting the company’s requirements, preparing a yearly budget, and planning future spendingWhat you’ll need:
2-5 years experience in an EOR, outsourcing, or client-facing HR tech space2-5 years experience in HR or employment law in at least 2-3 jurisdictions in North AmericaAbility to build 0-1 process and programs1-3 years of project management experienceMultilingual is a plus
