Remote (Vietnam-based candidates only)Founded in 2012, our client is a fast-growing online trading provider with a mission to expand aggressively across Southeast Asia. After a strong launch in Vietnam, they're now stepping up their growth and looking for Business Development Managers to join their expanding team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead Acquisition & Conversion: Actively source, generate, and convert qualified leads, especially traders, IBs, and affiliates.Drive Market Growth: Plan, develop, and execute business strategies tailored to your local market while staying aligned with the company’s global direction.Lead Local Operations: Oversee daily operations including sales, marketing, and financial activities to ensure smooth business performance in your country.Develop Key Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with customers, affiliates, IBs, and relevant stakeholders, including local authorities where needed.Analyze the Market: Conduct comprehensive market research to spot opportunities, assess risk, and support data-driven decisions.Manage Financial Performance: Track budgets, revenue, and expenses to ensure performance targets are met.Ensure Compliance: Follow all local regulatory requirements and uphold company standards.Report to HQ: Deliver regular performance updates and insights to senior management.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3 years of experience in the Forex industry with strong English communication skills (written & spoken).Deep knowledge of the local Forex ecosystem: major brokers, payment channels, regulations, etc.Proven experience in client acquisition, direct sales, and global payment methods, with an existing network of 500 - 1,000 leads and 25–50 active traders.Strong background in IB recruitment, with at least 20 IB/Affiliate connections.Experience as an individual contributor or leading a small team (1–3 people).WHY JOIN US?Flexible remote work arrangementCompelling remuneration packageWork deviceClear career progression, with the potential to advance to Country Manager
