Our team supports organizations by building scalable hiring pipelines and efficient recruitment processes.As a Remote Corporate Recruiter, you will help drive the early stages of the hiring process by contacting potential candidates, conducting initial recruitment screenings, and coordinating interviews.This role provides valuable experience in recruitment operations, candidate engagement, and hiring process management.ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume candidate outreach and phone-based recruitment screenings.Evaluate candidate experience and communication skills against job requirements.Provide candidates with clear job descriptions and hiring information.Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.Maintain detailed records of candidate progress in the CRM system.Follow established screening scripts and recruitment guidelines.Assist with additional recruitment tasks as assigned.QualificationsStrong written and verbal English proficiency.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Reliable home office environment with internet connectivity.Ability to assess candidate qualifications quickly during phone screenings.Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote team environment.Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination, candidate sourcing, or customer service is beneficial but not required.Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking tools is a plus.What We Offer100% remote work-from-home opportunity.Training and mentorship from experienced U.S.-based recruiters.Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.A collaborative team environment focused on performance and development.
