In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining professional standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries in Hebrew across phone, email, and chat.Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and empathetic support.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.Work in line with company procedures and service quality standards.Requirements Language skills:Native or C1/C2 level in Hebrew.Minimum B2 level in English (written and verbal).Full-time availability.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Must already be based in Lithuania (remote work permitted).Important:If you are moving from abroad, you must confirm “Yes, I will be moving on my own” or “I don’t need relocation support.”What We OfferFull-time employment.Competitive salary package.Bonus of €100 gross per month (based on KPI fulfillment).Remote work flexibility within Lithuania.Paid work on bank holidays.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
