Your primary responsibilities will include:Handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat in German, focusing on bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general product/service information.Efficiently diagnosing and resolving customer issues with professionalism and empathy.Maintaining accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.Striving to consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service quality targets.What You BringMust-Have RequirementsLanguage Proficiency: Fluent German (C1/C2), both written and verbal, is mandatory.English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level of English is required for internal communication and training.Eligibility: Must possess EU Citizenship OR a Residence Card with Full Market Access to legally work in Greece.Commitment to Relocation:All candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to the January 30, 2026 start date to complete hiring documentation.Relocated employees are required to work on-site at our Athens office for a minimum of 3 months. (Exception: Employees who already own a confirmed house/apartment in Greece with a reliable internet connection may be eligible to begin fully remote immediately).Good to HavePrior experience in customer support, call center, or the travel/hospitality industry is a plus, but not essential.
