Our teachers are equipped with comprehensive training, compulsory ongoing workshops, supportive coaching, and a world-class platform to ensure success in every session.✅ Duties & ResponsibilitiesTeach conversational English to adult learnersReview prepared lesson materials ahead of each classDeliver energetic, student-centred sessionsSupport learners from diverse global backgroundsCreate a positive, professional virtual classroom environmentMonitor learner progress and give constructive feedback🎓 Required Qualifications & ExperienceA matric certificateA bachelor's degree is preferredA 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificateTeaching experience, especially online teaching is advantageousExcellent spoken and written English with a neutral accentConfidence using Zoom and other basic tech toolsStrong online classroom presence and communication skills💻 Equipment & InfrastructureLaptop/PC with Intel® Core™ i5 or higher and 8GB RAMStable fibre internet with 25 Mbps download/upload minimum (LAN cable connection only)Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) that provides 4–5 hours of backup powerSeparate mini-UPS to keep your fibre router powered during outagesNoise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace🕰️ Hours & RemunerationChoose from the availability blocks below.
