Join Landlord.org, stealth mode startup building the future of property management. We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Property Manager to oversee multiple rental properties and assist in managing day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating listings, screening tenants, handling lease administration, and managing repair and maintenance tasks—all remotely.You’ll act as the central point of communication between owners, tenants, and service providers. While prior property management experience is a plus, it’s not required—training and resources will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, reliability, and initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & LeasingArrange professional unit photography (find, hire, and manage local photographers).Create and publish rental listings across major platforms.Screen prospective tenants via phone interviews and background checks.Coordinate and host virtual showings and open houses.Review rental applications, including credit, background, and income verification.Draft and send lease agreements; manage digital signing process.Collect security deposits via Zelle, Venmo, or similar platforms.Tenant Onboarding & ManagementOnboard tenants to Innago (rent payments, maintenance requests, etc.).Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests.Track rent payments and follow up on late or missed payments.Maintain organized records of all communications and property files.Repairs & MaintenanceFind and coordinate with local contractors for repairs and regular maintenance.Gather multiple quotes to ensure cost-effective solutions.Schedule and track repair progress; follow up with tenants for confirmation.Approve and arrange contractor payments.Manage recurring services (cleaning, landscaping, pool maintenance, etc.).Track and record all maintenance and repair expenses.Utilities & Move-OutMonitor and pay property utilities as needed.Conduct or coordinate virtual move-out inspections.Manage security deposit returns and final invoices.QualificationsExcellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Tech-savvy: comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Innago, and digital payment apps.Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities remotely.Prior experience in real estate, leasing, or property coordination preferred but not required.Reliable internet connection and a professional, problem-solving mindset.CompensationCompetitive pay based on experience.Performance-based bonuses for tenant satisfaction and occupancy rates.Flexible hours and location.Why Join Us?This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing startup at the ground floor, working directly with the founding team while gaining valuable property management experience in a supportive, well-organized environment.
