Remote Recruiter for US 1099 on-call contractors

We value ownership, initiative, and the drive to find the right people—no matter the challenge.What You'll Do Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles Source proactively using various platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards etc.) Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews Keep Workable updated and organized daily Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs - Hire 10 on call techs per week Provide a positive and timely candidate experience Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategiesRequirements 2+ year of recruiting experience with U.S.-based roles.
