Now we’re looking for our first dedicated sales representative to help us expand to the next level.About the RoleYou’ll be handling qualified inbound leads (booked calls) from coaches interested in our mentorship programs. Your role will include:Conducting Zoom calls with pre-qualified leadsFollowing up using our CRM systemMaintaining a strong close rate through consultative sellingReporting results and feedback directly to the founderThis role starts as part-time with the goal to transition into full-time within 1–2 months as ad spend and lead flow scale.CompensationThis is a commission-based position (independent contractor). High-performing representatives typically earn between $7,000–$10,000 USD/month, based on closed deals and collected payments.
