Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Travel Executive Assistant to handle travel arrangements, provide competitive quotes, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and travel partners. The ideal candidate will manage bookings through Global Distribution System or GDS (Sabre), verify all pricing and details before final confirmation, maintain accurate records in Sheets or Excel, and communicate effectively with clients to address requests and confirm reservations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English, and prior experience in travel booking, quoting, or administrative support. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently while delivering exceptional service and maintaining accuracy in all tasks.Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate travel quotes and rate options using GDS (Sabre).Manage and process travel bookings with precision and attention to detail.Prepare and send three competitive rate options per client quote.Verify all pricing, dates, and booking details before final confirmation.Maintain organized records and reports using Google Sheets or Excel.Communicate promptly with clients to confirm bookings and address any special requests.Coordinate with parties involved to ensure smooth reservation processing and issue resolution.Perform other tasks related to the position.Qualifications & Requirements:Proficient level of English (written and spoken).Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, internal leaders, providers, and potential clients.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.Proven experience handling travel bookings and preparing quotes.Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre.Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure efficient coordination.Reliable, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a professional approach to problem-solving.Excellent Email etiquette.Prior experience in roles such as administrative assistant, secretary, personal assistant, operations support, or other relevant positions.Out-of-the-box thinker, reliable, and professional.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).Experience with task management tools is a plus.Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.Compensation & Benefits:100% remote work.Compensation in USD.Full-time position with 40 hours weekly.Great work environment with potential for growth.
