ScheduleMon-Fri; 7am - 4pm ESTPay: $28 to $29.00/hourBenefitsVarious health insurance options & wellness plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug)401k Retirement Savings Plan Including Employer MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Life InsurancePaid Parental LeaveShort-term & Long-term DisabilityHealthcare & Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsDomestic Partner CoverageCommuter BenefitsLegal AssistanceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Job DutiesUtilize web-based content management systems to post, edit and update content on the firms public facing website.Update, format, and publish web content including thought leadership publications, press releases, biographies, event and news items, blog posts, and other content as requested.Assist with website data clean-up to ensure quality search results.Other regular data tracking and reporting tasks assigned as needed.Participate in all platform training sessions.Proof website posting requests for content, formatting, consistency, and tagging.Communicate clearly and professionally with all client stakeholders, internal team members, and external vendors.Assist with the creation and/or modification of other marketing projects as requested.Handle sensitive and/or confidential information.Adhere to firm policies in addition to client policies.Knowledge, Skills And CompetenciesAttention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent proof-reading skills.Ability to independently prioritize work and juggle multiple projects and deadlines.Experienced in working within workflow management tools like Workfront to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.Ability to develop and foster successful working relationships with legal and business professionals while providing exceptional customer service.Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and basic html and Photoshop editing knowledgeWorking technical knowledge of content management systems and email marketing platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, and Customer Insights Journeys).Who we are: In a rapidly changing world, the ability to innovate and break new ground drives progress.
