Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Slickline Supervisor to lead slickline intervention operations in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will supervise slickline crews, ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures, and maintain high service quality standards while liaising with clients and field management. Key Responsibilities: Supervise slickline operations including well interventions, setting and retrieving plugs, running gauges, and deploying downhole tools. Plan and execute slickline jobs according to program requirements and safety protocols. Lead daily pre-job meetings, tool checks, and risk assessments (JSA/HAZID).

Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company HSE standards and client specifications. Maintain accurate job logs, reports, and tool/service records. Mentor and train slickline operators and junior crew members. Ensure readiness and maintenance of slickline equipment and pressure control systems. Coordinate logistics with base, client, and third-party vendors as required. Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues in the field. Report non-conformances and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in slickline operations, including supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of slickline tools, equipment, and pressure control systems. Proven leadership and team management abilities in field operations.

Strong safety awareness and commitment to operational excellence. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in remote field locations on rotational schedules.
