Renewal Account Specialist (German speaking)

Your opinion matters to us and we make it our business to hear your voice and create an optimal environment for you to do your best work.Responsibilities:Conduct customer reviews to ensure satisfaction before renewal.Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams and partners.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date renewal pipeline.Prepare renewal quotes efficiently.Provide accurate forecasts.Achieve renewal and retention targets.Stay informed on company solutions and market positioning. Requirements:2+ years of experience in renewals or sales with strong knowledge of renewal processes. Proven track record of meeting quotas and retention targets.Skilled in forecasting, MS Office, and SFDC (Clari/Exceed a plus).Collaborative, adaptable, and highly organized team player.Fluent in German and English.Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
