Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision.Job DescriptionYour CareerThe role of Strategic Relationship Representative (SRR) is key to ensuring the success of Palo Alto Network’s fast-growing customer base. With goals and quotas aligned directly to customer retention, you are an inside role which is central to positioning renewals and additional software and hardware to current customers.Your ImpactMaintain and grow revenue through the renewal of existing customer contractsProactively engage with customers to secure contract renewalsDefend revenue through negotiations and ensure a seamless customer experienceUtilizes ATR reports for strategic territory planningIdentify opportunities for multi-year upsells and additional upgradesCollaborates with internal counterparts for a customer-centric approachEffective communication skills are essential for this roleStrong negotiation skillsProficiency in analyticsStrong organizational and strategic thinking abilitiesAbility to manage a high volume of accounts effectivelyQualificationsYour Experience Minimum of 3+ years of sales experienceDemonstrates a growth mindset, indicating adaptability and commitment to continuous improvementExperience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, and is able to adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skillsConsistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goalsExcellent time management and interpersonal skillsAdditional InformationThe TeamPalo Alto Networks has brought technology to market that is reshaping the cybersecurity threat and protectionlandscape.
