Position: Renewal Support SpecialistLocation: San Jose, Costa Rica - HybridDuration: Full Time Job Description:Improve Partner behavior on Renewal Intent Capture (NEW vs. RENEW)Improve Organic Renewals through CCW-R(Commerce/ERP tool) and Subscription User Interface(SUB-UI) through partner enablement.Support Partners to identify the right renewal reference during Quoting.Validating Available to Renew(ATR) value, Renewal References(what is driving the renewal), and requesting correction of invalid dataCreate Quotes & attach Quotes to OpportunitiesNotifying Renewal Managers(RM) when CCW-R/SUB-UI were not used for renewals by Partners.Support top incremental Annual Contract Value(iACV) and attrition deals.Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications)1. BA/BS degree2. 2+ years of business experience3. Excel Skills with Pivot Tables, xLook Ups, and Macros4. Strong communication skills.5. Experience working with multiple sources of data, comparing the sources, summarizing the findings in pivot tables, and/or vizualizations Preferred Skills6. Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Thoughtspot, PowerBi, Excel7. SalesForce.com – Account details and renewal opportunities functions8. Business Objects
