We work hard and have fun!Cargas is hiring a Renewals Manager to support our Enterprise Solutions customers across platforms such as Sage Intacct, Microsoft, Acumatica, and HubSpot.

This role is responsible for managing the full renewals lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for our customers while supporting retention and growth. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end renewals process, including outreach, tracking, negotiation, and execution. Act as the primary contact for customers during renewals, providing clarity on contracts, pricing, and terms. Collaborate with internal teams to align renewals with customer satisfaction and strategic goals. Monitor upcoming renewals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion. Track and report on renewal metrics such as retention rates, churn, and cycle time.

Your Background3+ years of experience in renewals, contracts, customer success, or a similar role. Experience in software, SaaS, or reseller environments. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple renewals at once. Clear communication skills and ability to explain pricing models and contract terms. Experience We ValueFamiliarity with Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, and/or HubSpot. Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
