With strong operations in Asia, we are now expanding our footprint in Japan and seeking a Country Manager to lead our market entry and development. Role OverviewThe Country Manager will be responsible for building and growing Renrui’s presence in Japan, managing client relationships, establishing operational teams, and driving business growth in line with the company’s strategic goals.

This role requires deep understanding of the Japanese labor market and HR service industry, with strong leadership and business development skills. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the Japan market entry strategy for Renrui’s HR outsourcing and staffing services. Build and maintain relationships with Japanese enterprises, multinational corporations, and local partners. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Japanese labor laws and regulations. Lead and mentor the local team, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. Manage P&L for Japan operations and achieve revenue and profitability targets. Collaborate with headquarters on cross-border projects, sharing market insights and best practices.

Promote Renrui’s brand in Japan through networking, events, and industry associations. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above; HR, Business, or related major preferred. Fluent in Japanese and English (written & spoken); Chinese is a strong plus. Minimum 3 years of senior management or business development experience in HR services, staffing, outsourcing, or related industries. Strong network and client base in the Japanese corporate sector. In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws, employment practices, and outsourcing regulations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build teams from the ground up. Results-driven, strategic thinker, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
