This remote, project-based position focuses on analyzing rent roll data, validating tenant income certifications, and ensuring affordable housing properties comply with federal, state, and local program requirements. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with structured data and maintaining high accuracy standards.Role DetailsType: Direct Hire | Full-timePay: $10-15/hr (depends on experience)Schedule: Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (PST) Location: Remote (U.S.)Key ResponsibilitiesInput and validate rent roll and tenant data using Excel-based analysis toolsCross-check tenant income and rent amounts against program limits and certificationsTrack the collection and status of Tenant Income Certifications (TICs)Identify data discrepancies, missing records, and units out of complianceGenerate standardized reports and compliance summaries for internal useSupport reconciliation between property rent rolls and agency reporting requirementsQualificationsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas)Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilityExcellent written communication for documenting findings and assumptionsAbility to work independently and follow structured workflows and SOPsFamiliarity with SharePoint, Dropbox, or other secure cloud file-sharing toolsExperience with Smartsheet preferredExperience in rent roll analysis, affordable housing compliance, or property management data preferredHow to ApplyIf you are passionate about housing, data accuracy, and compliance, we would love to hear from you.
