Job OverviewThe RSA Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of performance targets.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage the rental agents and fleet team within the branch.Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure quick resolutions.Monitor branch KPIs and prepare reports for the Branch Manager.Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Coordinate closely with the fleet team to maintain vehicle availability. Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making. Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 3-5 years in fleet operations or rental management roles.
