Full-time, fixed term 6 month contract, Monday to Friday (37. 5 hr week) Industry-Leading Training: Receive top-notch training to support our customers' needsThe RoleAs a Junior HR Advisor, you will support managers across the business and advise them on employee relations issues. Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing absence management and reporting on thisAnalysing HR data, identifying trends and areas for improvementEnsuring all new legislation, policies and procedures are communicated appropriately Attending employee relations meetings to take notesTaking part in various meetings to highlight and address any process improvementsAssisting with new starters and the onboarding process including managing relevant reports relating to thisMaintaining training documentation for new startersSupporting Senior Advisors with case management when requiredBeing involved in other ad hoc tasks such as managing HR Inboxes, adhering to overpayment procedures, supporting with colleague satisfaction surveys, supporting with pay review and bonus processes, responding to reference requests, completing required reporting presentations and assisting with payroll data submissionAdditional project work and duties may be requiredSome travel to other branches across the UK/ Ireland may be requiredRequirementsRequirements:

Previous HR experienceRecognised HR qualification would be advantageousStrong IT skills in particular with Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well in a teamStrong attention to detailFull UK driving license and own carKnowledge of Irish Employment Law would be advantageous You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied forBenefitsBenefits:
