JOB TITLE: Rep Services Representative - AnnouncementLocation: Santiago, 51000Schedule: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm / 9:00 am - 6:00 pmModality: On siteGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF JOB:The Rep Services Rep will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and customers. They will be the first point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and issues related to the company's products and services. The Rep Services Rep will be expected to:Handle all phone and written communications with field sales reps concerning account set-up (new accounts and product offerings) and maintenance as well as day-to-day activities including warranty issues. Also provides sales training as necessary.Interface with manufacturing plants and other support groups to resolve work-in-process issues and customer inquiries.Gather and disperse information to the sales force, sales management, and plants on orders, repairs, and delivery events.Communicate special handling of orders and accounts to office and plant personnel.
