As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse non-conforming parts from both serial production and new projects to quickly identify root causesPrepare detailed deviation reports and collaborate closely with MQE, CQE, and PQE teamsSupport Supplier Quality Management (SQM) in handling complaints and addressing quality issuesUtilize X-ray technology for comprehensive part inspections and work with the R&D lab to resolve technical challengesTake charge of the non-conforming products zone by maintaining accurate records, blocking in SAP, and implementing corrective measuresMaintain cleanliness and order while ensuring compliance with EGP, health, safety, and fire protection regulations at all timesFollow up-to-date production documentation and fulfill assigned duties as outlined in organizational guidelinesYour QualificationsProficient in using MS Office, SAP, and common quality tools for effective root cause analysisSkilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and familiar with various measuring instrumentsStrong knowledge of production and quality processes, ideally gained in an industrial environmentAble to accurately document deviations and systematically track them within SAPBasic understanding of health, safety, and fire protection regulationsHighly reliable, with a strong sense of quality and attention to detailTeam-oriented and willing to collaborate across different departmentsOUR OFFERINGMonthly salary ranging from CZK 28,000 to CZK 45,000, depending on shift model and individual performanceWork in continuous operation schedule, with additional pay for afternoon, night, and weekend shiftsOvertime and hardship bonuses according to the Labor CodeMeal allowance or meal vouchers25 days of annual vacationContributions to pension and life insuranceOpportunities for professional development and further educationModern and clean working environmentAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
