Akkodis is seeking a Repair Station General Manager for a direct hire job with a client in College Park, GA. This role is responsible for leading an FAA 145-certified repair station, overseeing operations, supply chain, P&L, and budgeting to ensure quality, safety, and profitability. The General Manager will manage a team of 80+ professionals, drive strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while fostering growth and operational excellence. *** No Corp-to-Corp; No C2C; No Referrals from C2C ***Rate Range: $125,000.00/year to $150,000.00/year; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Repair Station General Manager job responsibilities include:Drive Performance: Oversee day-to-day operations of an FAA 145-certified facility, delivering best-in-class quality, safety, and punctuality.Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of 80+ professionals (technicians, support staff, supply chain), cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.Shape Strategy: Align site performance with global objectives, leading local initiatives in continuous improvement, digitalization, and sustainability.Grow the Business: Collaborate with sales and customer teams, actively engaging with major clients and identifying opportunities for new business and enhanced services.Manage Resources: Take full responsibility for budgets, financial targets, and CAPEX investments, ensuring sustained profitability and effective resource allocation.Champion Compliance: Ensure total compliance with regulatory, corporate, and HSE standards, while driving continuous operational enhancement.Qualifications:A background in aviation/aerospace component repair (FAA/CMM/quality systems) and a solid grasp of production management.Proven leadership experience, ideally managing multi-disciplinary teams in a technical environment.Strong communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at every level—internally and externally.Results-driven mindset with demonstrated business acumen and an affinity for process improvement.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a valid A&P License is a strong plus.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
