TasksAs a Sr. Sales Account Executive, SMB Segment, you will have the opportunity to play an active part in increasing effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth in the Sales Team.

You will be expected to have excellent interpersonal communication skills, technical comprehension, product expertise, business acumen, and overall industry knowledge.

Key ResponsibilitiesConsistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectationsProactively consult with customers in an inbound and outbound effort to uncover their unique needs and help advise on the best solutions for their businessCapable of providing customized demonstrations of the RepairDesk’s product offering to prospects spanning a multitude of rolesThoroughly understand all aspects of the RepairDesk products to explain the technology to all types of usersBe a crucial component of the sales process and work in partnership with SDRs, CSMs, Support, and other relevant departments to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experienceAdhere to daily KPIs, such as calls/meetings/emails per day, and attending customer meetings on timeAdhere to CRM practices and maintain its hygieneFollow the sales process and abide by the rules of engagementRequirementsWe are looking for you to bring a high level of competence, curiosity, and focus.

Creative, coachable, collaborative, goal-oriented, and thoughtfulExcellent communication skillsProven analytical and problem-solving skillsConsistent track record of selling complex solutions and able to make the complex sound simpleOutstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiencesA bachelor’s degree is required; business/management is preferred.
