Job Description

Job Title: Reporting Accountant (Kazakhstan & Kyrgyzstan)Location: AstanaEmployment Type: Full-TimeCompany Overview: We are a forward-thinking international organization operating across Central Asia. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Accountant to support our financial operations in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. This is a key role responsible for timely financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting audits and system improvements. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in line with corporate deadlines (excluding payroll and tax inputs). Prepare and deliver accurate financial and management reporting for Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan entities.

Perform monthly reconciliations of all relevant accounts, including reconciliations between ERP systems (1C and BPCS), resolving any deviations. Conduct quarterly and ad-hoc reconciliations of revenue between ERP systems and customer records. Collect, validate, and consolidate accounting data for internal and external reporting. Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations. Contribute to projects involving the implementation of new ERP features (e. g. , virtual warehouse, IS ESF, tax reconciliations). Qualifications: Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Solid knowledge of IFRS. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in international companies.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications. Experience with ERP systems (1C & BPCS preferred). Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. Language skills: Russian and English – required. Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
