Reporting Analyst Intern, PoznańRole OverviewJoin the five-person Harmonized Reporting Team and help create performance insights at Carlsberg. From crafting detailed and insightful reports for senior leadership to facilitating automation with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, you’ll be part of a team that blends precision, innovation, and collaboration in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting in building new reports and adding small improvements to existing onesAssisting operational and financial teams in collecting and understanding reporting requirementsLearning and helping to automate reporting processes using tools such as Power Automate, Python, or VBASupporting data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in reportsAssisting in preparing and updating existing reports and related documentationParticipating in training sessions and helping end-users understand how to use reports and analytical toolsWe are looking for colleagues who:Have a passion for technical/analytical developmentHave basic knowledge of Power BI, including data import, simple visualizations, and report creationHave good knowledge of ExcelHave solid organizational skills, commitment to tasks, and accuracySpeak English communicativelyAre available for at least 20 hrs per weekWhat You Can Expect6 months of paid internship with a chance of extension Flexible working hours Working in a hybrid mode English as a main internal communication language Possibility to gain business knowledge and practical skills in international, diverse teams Amazing events, e.g. after work beer eventsWe read applications continuously and vacancies may be filled anytime.
