Group Reporting Specialist (Hands-on, Group Reporting & Finance Operations)About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on finance professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a practical mindset.You’ll be responsible for preparing our monthly management reports and consolidated annual accounts, while supporting the day-to-day finance operations.This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and system-based work, but still likes to stay close to the financial.What You’ll DoMonth end closing, consolidation, managerial reporting (week #1 of each month)Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports for all group entities (Dutch GAAP)Perform intercompany reconciliations and elimination entriesPrepare the annual financial statements and coordinate with auditorsAnalyze results and variances together with managementMaintain and improve Lucanet / Power BI reporting structuresFinance & Accounting operations (weeks #2-4 of each month)Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks (AP/AR, bank reconciliations)Review and clean data in Business Central, assist with bookings and checksHelp streamline monthly closing processes and improve data qualityAssist Treasury and Logistics with financial follow-up when neededWho You AreBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Economics3-5 years of experience in finance or accountancy (audit or reporting background preferred)Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and consolidation principlesAdvanced Excel skills; experience with Lucanet, Business Central, and Power BI is a strong plus.Hands-on, accurate, and proactive, willing to jump in and help the teamFluent in English (Dutch is a plus)What We OfferA diverse finance role including reporting and consolidation, as well as daily operations.Full-time on-site position in a modern, waterfront office in Amsterdam Houthavens.Close collaboration with management in a fast-growing international trading group.International exposure, short communication lines, fast decision making.Competitive salary, 8% holiday allowance, annual bonus scheme.Opportunity to grow and learn from an experienced leadership teamA young and international environmentAfter a busy week we take a trip through the Amsterdam canals on our boat, we enjoy drinks in our office bar and we organize the best parties a couple of times a year.We have an open organizational structure and own initiatives are highly appreciated.
