JOB SUMMARYResponsible for monthly conversion in reporting under Regulatory Accounting Principles (RAP) to Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS); Responsible for the preparation of monthly internal reports and presentation to the Senior Executive Team, Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the PFRS-based FS; andResponsible for the preparation of Annual Audited Financial Statements (AAFS) and Quarterly Interim Financial Statements. JOB DESCRIPTIONRequests monthly Statement of Financial Condition (SOC) from Regulatory Accounting Reports Department and Statement of Income and Expenses (SIE) from Financial Review and Analytics Department;Prepares monthly Working Balance Sheet and Working Profit or Loss from SOC and SIE obtained for PFRS reporting;Establishes differences in reporting under RAP against PFRS;On a monthly basis, requests schedules of loans from Loans Operations Department and International Operations Department and consolidates the schedules to come up with a consolidated loan portfolio;On a monthly basis, reconcile the general ledger and subsidiary ledger balances of loans and accrued interest receivables;On a monthly basis, estimates expected credit losses on due from other banks, Interbank Loans and RPA, Credit Cards, off-balance sheet accounts, Loans and accrued interest receivables; Responsible for the preparation of the monthly rollforward analysis of allowance for probable losses;Responsible for the preparation of the monthly unaudited financial statements in accordance with PFRS to be reported to Senior Executive Team and Audit Committee;Responsible for the preparation of the Annual Audited Financial Statements and Quarterly Interim Financial Statements and ensures the completeness and accuracy of the notes;Handles and coordinates with respective departments/branches requirements for external audit during interim and year-end audit;Review adjusting journal entries proposed by the external auditors and coordinate with the respective booking units to prepare support to the entries;Assists the institutional financial reporting department for preparing various adhoc requirements that may be requested by the Division Head or other booking units; Provides assistance in case one of the team is on leave;Addresses any review comments that might be raised by the section and department head; andSolicits opinion or confers with external auditors, if necessary.JOB QUALIFICATIONFresh Graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial ManagementFluent in both written and oral communicationGood analytical skills
