Job DescriptionAssess and identify business initiatives as well as prepare mitigation plans to manage reputational risksPrepare clear and effective communication materials and meeting notes to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the latest status and updatesMaintain risk register, track initiative status, and liaise with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business directionProject management to ensure all relevant business stakeholders execute their deliverables on time in accordance with the project timelineMonitor the implementation of risk controls and regularly evaluate their effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement where necessaryContribute creative ideas supported by research and an understanding of target market conditionsFocus areas include, but are not limited to, business, operations, content, product, partnership, and people riskRequirementsBachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.2Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in risk management and/or corporate strategyDemonstrated strong analytical skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creativelyCollaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learnAble to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
