We are proud to be an equal opportunities and disability-confident, committed employer.Overview of the RoleResearch Analysts at Sheffield Haworth are responsible for all aspects of research, mapping and data management. They will be expected to proactively assist Consultants with research and mapping assignments.Knowledge Management, Research & Data Entry, Work proactively with consultants to prepare presentations for client pitches. This may include market/product analysis, competitor structures, organizational charts, salary/benefits information and any other bespoke research requiredConduct project specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information through internet and internal databases.Systematically identify target companies and candidates. Continuously develop internal database both quantitatively and qualitatively.Track and record executive moves and relevant press articles from the internet and publications.Utilize the company database and other desk analysis tools, e.g., Internet, LinkedIn, target company websites, press releases, event attendee lists etc., to generate target candidates for search assignments.Supporting the team on competitor insight reportEnsure that all information gathered is entered on to the database; that all new and updated entries follow the company minimum requirements, are correctly skill coded and that contact logs reflect conversations and meetingsPreparing trackers, reports and updating them regularlyCV formatting in the required templatesSkills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalentAt least 1-2 years of professional working experience within executive search or contingency recruitment.Bright, articulate (both oral and written) and well presentedProactive and structured approach, able to work at pace.Positive attitude to work and high attention to detail.Strong technology office application skills e.g. PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet skills including production of presentations, reports, charts and graphical analysis.A good team playerInclusion at Sheffield HaworthWe embrace varied perspectives and are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and included.
