About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Research Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in the real estate research and advisory field. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in:Feasibility StudiesMarket ResearchHighest and Best Use (HBU) StudiesField ResearchDemand & Supply AnalysisDatabase Collection and CreationKey Responsibilities:Conduct day-to-day assignments involving feasibility studies, HBU analysis, and market research.Perform fieldwork, including market visits to gather and compile data.Develop and maintain comprehensive real estate databases.Requirements:Experience: 1–3 years in real estate research/advisory.Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
