Job Description

Responsible for supporting the team through comprehensive research and producing valuable resources, including talent mappings, target company lists, client review documents along with various ad hoc research requests.Contribute to proactive business development initiatives and support the creation of tailored pitch materials. Develop a comprehensive understanding of several industries.▪ Assist in detailed industry talent mapping and proactively identify high-potential executives.▪ Participate in kick-off meetings with Associates and Consultants to assist in the development of the search strategy.Directly assist Associates with search-related tasks, such as the development of a search strategy and target lists.Support the creation of tailored materials▪ Develop industry and/or functional expertise by staying informed of industry trends and identifying “best inclass” leaders and future leaders.Requirements:Self-directed, independent and proactive skillsAble to manage themselves in a fast-paced environment of change and results achieving.Curiosity and a passion for conducting research with advanced research skills, particularly in quantitative methodologies and excelResilient and composed under pressure.Manage multiple prioritiesPromote collaborative environmentsAble to drive projects forward.▪ 1-3 years of work experience in a corporate environment ideally within human resources, executive search, recruiting, management consulting, market research or other professional services.▪ Strong academic performance in any area of study.▪ Well-roundedness demonstrated through leadership experience in internships, work experience, sports, etc..▪ Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills.▪ Strong verbal and written communication skills.▪ Excellent multitasker who thrive in collaborative settings and take initiative independently.▪ Self-directed and proactive in nature; resourceful, team-oriented, and tenacious.▪ Highly proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Copilot).▪ Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
